What tires are eligible for BMW Road Hazard Tire Coverage? If you purchased winter and wheel packages on or after April, 1, 2020, coverage is for tire replacement. Any BMW original equipment tires or original equipment alternative tires purchased on or after February 1, 2018, are eligible for tire and wheel replacement. In addition, secondary plus and winter tires purchased on or after February 1, 2018, are also eligible for wheel and tire replacement.
Road hazard damage happens when a tire is damaged beyond repair due to bruising, impact breaking, or a puncture. Some examples of road hazards include potholes, nails, and glass.
